Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients
- 1 lb. raw shrimp
- 1 cup noodles
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- minced garlic & lemon juice
- salt, pepper, & sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat water to a boil, add noodles and cook until al-dente (~8 mins).
- Set stove temp to hot and add oil to pan and leave until sizzling.
- Add garlic, shrimp + lemon juice and cook until red (~4 mins).
- Remove pan from heat and stir in noodles + remaining ingredients.

Stovetop Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb. 80/20 ground beef
- white onion, green pepper, minced garlic
- 2 eggs, 1/8 cup panko bread crumbs
- store bought hamburger seasoning and buns
- a drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oil filled pan to high.
- Add onion, garlic, & green pepper to pan, it should be filled.
- Mold patties out of beef, egg, & bread crumbs in mixing bowl.
- Make room for patties, add them and cover with cooked vegetables.
- After cooked halfway (~4 mins) flip patties and cover again.
- Remove and serve when cooked to medium rare (~4 mins).

Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter (or bacon grease)
Instructions
- Add milk to a large mixing bowl, then add all dry ingredients.
- While mixing, bring a pan to med-low heat and add butter.
- Add 4 pancakes of batter to sizzling pan leaving one spot open, cook for 2 min.
- In the empty spot, add 1 egg's whites to pan and flip a pancake on top of it.
- Repeat step 4 until all pancakes have been flipped, remove each after 2 min.

Perfect Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 cup strawberries (frozen)
Instructions
- Add milk, yogurt, banana and strawberries to the blender in that order.
- Thats it, your done...
- Not kidding, enjoy!
- (Fresh fruit can be used instead, but in such a case add ice cubes for coldness.)

Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1/2 white Onion & 4 portabella mushrooms (both diced)
- 1-2 lb. eye of round or other stew meat
- 2 cans cream of mushroom & 4 cups of beef broth
- 1 bag egg noodles
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Add meat to crok pot, cover both sides in salt and pepper.
- Cover in cream of mushroom, beef broth, mushrooms and onions in that order.
- Cook on high for 8 hours, then shred beef with two forks.
- Add uncooked egg noodles and continue cooking till they are done (~30 mins).

Mom's Meatloaf

- 6 apples, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pie crust (top and bottom)

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix apples with sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
- Fill crust, top with second crust, and crimp edges.
- Bake for 50 minutes until golden brown.
